Serena Agius Architect & Interior Designer
Serena Agius (Registered Architect NSW 5361) started her design journey growing up in an architectural family with a keen interest in fine art. She went onto study architecture and worked in practices from 1988 on residential, commercial and transport projects. Subsequently she worked with Eurotex Interiors, Mosman NSW, having discovered that Interior design granted wider creativity.
Our Design Studio has been in business for over 10 years, accumulating a wealth of experience. Serena has worked with clients across Sydney in a diversity of building types and interior styles to achieve their aspirations. Working in her own Interiors and architectural studio was a long held dream.
With 25 years of experience in architecture and interior design, she possesses highly developed design skills that set her apart in the industry. Her expertise allows her to create innovative and functional spaces that reflect her clients' visions. Whether it's a residential project or commercial space, her attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure exceptional results. She listens to your needs to bring design elements together, creating harmony in your environment.

qualifications
Serena Agius is a Registered Architect NSW 5361.
A qualification in architecture was completed in 1988 University of NSW, and Fine Arts from Curtin University of Technology, WA was completed 2009. We possess initiative, drive and creativity and Serena is a practiced artist.
She is a member of the Architects Institute of Australia, and was a member of The Design Institute of Australia from 2017-2023.

Having worked with A Colour ID and Serena on three renovation projects over the past 5 years, I could not recommend her highly enough. Serena is immensely talented both from an architectural and design point of view. The renovation of my one bedroom apartment had to be managed remotely so the regular communication from Serena made the selection and decision making easier. Serena worked well with the builders and provided direction and advice on their work. The bathroom was completely remodelled meeting the scope of work to refresh the design and increase storage.
The new paint colour, blinds, lighting and kitchen splash back provided a modern and fresh look whilst complementing the existing flooring, layout and cupboards.
I have engaged Agius Colour Interior Design Services twice since the renovation above for help with our townhouse in Lilyfield.
